You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return of physical products in original, unused condition.
How to request one
Write to accion@sosinfante.org with your order number, the reason and photographs. We answer within 72 business hours with the return label.
Refunds
Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the error is ours or the product arrived defective.
Exceptions
Donations, sponsorships, services already delivered and personalized products are not returnable.
Defective products
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it at no cost or refund it in full — your choice.
