What is the Miami donation center?
It is the warehouse in Fort Lauderdale where SOS Infante receives donated goods, sorts them with volunteers and ships them to Quito and Valera. Whatever cannot be shipped is sold in the shop, and that money pays the freight for the rest.

From your box to their hands
01
Intake
Every drop-off is logged by donor, type and weight. You get your tax receipt on the spot.
02
Sorting
Volunteers split everything three ways: shipment, resale, or responsible recycling.
03
Consolidation
Pallets by destination, valued inventory and donation paperwork.
04
Shipping
Air or ocean freight out of Miami to Ecuador, and to Venezuela through local partners.
05
Customs
Duty exemption filed in the destination country and pickup by the local team.
06
Delivery and tracking
Families sign for the goods; you get the report on your own box, with photographs that protect the children’s identity.
In Ecuador, goods donated from abroad to registered nonprofits are exempt from customs duties when the receiving organization files through the national customs system and holds a cooperation agreement with a public institution.
How to get your donation to us
- In person: 3800 Inverrary Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33319. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Home pickup: ten boxes or more, anywhere in Broward and Miami-Dade. Schedule on WhatsApp.
- Company or school drive: we provide a labeled bin, campaign materials and a closing report.
- Shipping from another city: write to us and we will arrange the label.
Tracking
Every drop-off is logged by donor, type and weight. When the shipment reaches Quito or Valera, you get the report on your own box: what it held, how many families it reached, and the signed delivery record with photographs that protect the children’s identity.
Three countries, one operation. Keep it running.
Every gift is assigned to a program and a city, and reported every quarter.
